Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sofi Mountain Adventure, we understand that travel plans can change, and we strive to provide a fair cancellation and refund policy for our clients. If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible through our official contact channels (phone, WhatsApp, or email).

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the travel date: 100% refund (0% cancellation charges).
• Cancellations made 20 to 29 days before the travel date: 70% refund (30% cancellation charges).
• Cancellations made 10 to 19 days before the travel date: 50% refund (50% cancellation charges).
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the travel date: No refund will be provided.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after the cancellation request has been reviewed and confirmed. The refund amount will be credited through the original payment method used during the booking. Any bank charges or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
